2. Use of the App

  • Permitted Use: You may use the App to enhance your Google Workspace experience (e.g., integrating with Gmail, Drive, and Sheets) as described in the App’s listing.
  • Restrictions: You may not:
    • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
    • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except as permitted by law.

    • Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality or servers.
  • Account Requirements: You must have a valid Google Workspace account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: The App and its content (e.g., code, graphics, text) are owned by the creator Pulkit Saraf and are protected by intellectual property laws.

  • Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you must cease using the App, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers and Liability

  • No Warranty: The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
  • Not Google: Pulkit Saraf, not Google, is the provider of the App and is solely responsible for its functionality, support, and any claims arising from its use.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the land, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delhi, India.
